DESCRIPTION:Calling all Businesses\, Agencies\, Organizations\, and Families! \nRegistration can be emailed to Director@DowntownBataviaNY.com\, or mailed to the B.I.D. office: 200 East Main St\, Suite 12\, Batavia\, NY 14020. \nParticipants are asked to pick up scarecrow supplies TUESDAY Thru THURSDAY September 16th – 18th\, 3:30-5:30pm in Jackson Square or email for arrangements. \nAll participants will be given a wooden post\, straw and twine to begin your scarecrow. Participants will receive an assigned pole Downtown for your scarecrow. \nScarecrows can be put up during the week of September 29th and no later than FRIDAY October 3rd. \nScarecrows will need to be removed by SUNDAY November 2nd. \nThe Public will be asked to vote on Best Scarecrow via the BID’s Facebook. Contest Winners to receive cash prizes for “Most Creative”.
